Boarders Season 3 – Studio Lambert/BBC
Where? The Bottle Yard Studios, Bristol locations & the wider South West
Created by Daniel Lawrence Taylor, the six-part coming-of-age drama explores the experiences of five students from inner-city London who receive scholarships to attend a prestigious boarding school.
Bergarac Season 2 – UKTV
Where? Devon
The second season of Bergarac – a reboot of the much-loved BBC series from the 80’s and 90s – has been filming on location in Devon.
The Forstyes Season 2 – ITV
Where? The Bottle Yard Studios and Bristol locations
The TV adaptation of John Galsworthy’s book series The Forsyte Saga will return for a second season soon, with filming taking place in Bristol since early July this summer.
Rivals Season 2 – Disney+
Where? Cotswolds & Bristol
Following the huge success of its first season, Rivals has been back on location in the South West filming a second season – which is expected to arrive on Disney+ in early 2026.

Harry Potter Series – Warner Bros
Where? Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden
The first ever TV adaptation of Harry Potter has entered production, with this photo of the first day of filming causing huge buzz. The series will be filmed at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in Hertfordshire, where all 8 films were created.
Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew – Netflix
Where? Shepperton Studios, Surrey
Greta Gerwig returns to the director’s chair for this exciting adaptation of the C.S Lewis’ sixth Narnia novel – filming has been taking place in Shepperton Studios.
Spider Man: Brand New Day – Marvel
Where? Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire
From August this year, the latest Spider Man has been filming in Pinewood Studios. The film follows Tom Holland’s Peter Parker as he adjusts to a world where his marriage to Mary Jane never happened, forcing him to rebuild his personal life and career while facing a wave of new and classic villains.

The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power Season 3 – Amazon
Where? Shepperton Studios, Surrey
The team behind Amazon’s Rings of Power are back at Shepperton Studios, filming the third season of the show. In season 3, the plot jumps forward several years into the War of the Elves.
Pride and Prejudice – Netflix
Where? Broadstairs, Kent
A new Pride and Prejudice TV series is in production from Netflix – filming has been taking place in Deal and Botany Bay in Broadstairs, Kent. The series will see Emma Corrin as Elizabeth Bennet, Jack Lowden as Mr. Darcy and Olivia Coleman as Mrs. Bennet.
The Butler – K5 Intl
Where? Canterbury, Kent
Molly McCann, Jean Reno and Tom Hollander are starring in high-octane period action-thriller The Butler – the feature film will follow former WWI commando whose life of quiet service is violently disrupted when a dangerous past resurfaces.

Tip Toe – Quay Street Productions/Channel 4
Where? Manchester
New LGBTQ+ drama Tip Toe has been filming in Manchester, exploring the modern challenges facing Manchester’s queer community and the growing tensions within its landscape. Its written by Russel T. Davies, who has claimed it to be ‘the strongest thing I’ve written’.
Betrayal – ITV
Where? Manchester and Liverpool
Cameras have been rolling on ITV thriller Betrayal this summer, following the story of mid-career MI5 officer John Huges (played by Shaun Evans).
Run Away – Netflix/Quay Street Productions
Where? Manchester and wider North West
Street Productions return with a new limited series, adapting Harlan Coben’s 2019 bestseller Run Away – this time with James Nesbitt, Ruth Jones and Minnie Driver on board!
