The Sharp Project is based in a 200,000sq. ft refurbished warehouse, offering flexible office, production and event space at affordable prices.

Approximately 50,000sq. ft of space is dedicated to Film and TV Production, including 4 x production stages and 4 x green screen studios.  The production spaces have been designed to meet the needs of any production company.  There is 24/7 access, easy load-in points, and a vehicle-sized goods lift.

The production space can be hired with a suite of backstage facilities including dressing rooms, make up, wardrobes, green room and productions offices.
